Return of New/unopened items: You may return most new, unopened items sold if unwanted or need to be exchanged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Shipping will not be refunded.

Return of Damaged items: You may return a product that was damaged during shipping. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Shipping will be refunded. Depending on the product, we may ask you to pack the damaged item(s) along with the packing slip securely in a box and send it back to us. Refunds will not be given until the item is received at our location.
