1.  Normal lead time on orders or changes is 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be considered received the next business day.

2.  Orders and changes subject to availability.

3.  No cancellations accepted within 14 days of ship date.

4.  Minimum order for delivery is at our discretion.

5.  There will be an additional charge for delivery.

6.  A signed tax form and number are necessary for sales tax exemption.

7.  We reserve the right to limit quantities and will not be held responsible for out of stock items.

8.  Please pay from invoice – Net 30 days, approved accounts only.

9.  All pick-ups should be scheduled 24 hours before pickup date to help us serve you better. No pickup before 1:00PM on    Monday.
