Gallery Dahlias are superbly suited for pots, window boxes and other containers. The short, compact plants require no pinching to keep them neat. They bloom prolifically right up until frost. They do best in well drained, humus rich soils. For planting outside the Hardiness Zone it is imperative to dig up the tubers in the fall and keep them in a cool, dry place through the winter for the next year's use.
