Tasty, quick-growing green for mixed salads and light cooking. Best when grown during cool weather and harvested young. Very sweet flavor with with just a hint of sprint of spice. Easy to grow, "cut and come again" leaves.
Mizuna tastes and grows best in cool weather and can withstand considerable frost. Select a location with full sun or light shade in warmer climates. Plant in very early spring, fall, or winter in mild climates. Sow seed thinly in rows and cover lightly with soil. Keep evenly moist for best growth.
