Planting
Start outdoors after all danger of frost. Select a sunny location. For earlier blossoms, plants may be started indoors four weeks before transplanting. Keep young plants evenly moist.
Note
Remove faded flowers to encourage blooming. Zinnias sometimes suffer from mildew in humid or wet climates. The problem may be corrected b soaking only the soil and keeping the foliage dry when watering.
