SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Monday through Saturday. If you place your order before 2 PM EST, we will normally have your order shipped that same day. In some special cases, your order will go out the next day. Click here to view our full shipping policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement or a full refund, shipping included. Items returned for any other reasons will be given a refund, less the cost of shipping. Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be given a refund based on the condition of the item and less the cost of shipping.
