Description:

Maintain all aspects of data to support utilized platforms, including but not limited to; database management, API integrations, and web and internal platform operations. designing databases and automating their population with data from various sources using SSIS and php, built with reliably and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain efficient data flow and connection of various programs and platforms associated with e-commerce sales and inventory systems.
  • Build and maintain existing and new API integrations with online marketplaces and our internal systems.
  • Build and maintain new and existing SQL database and automation between Epicor (POS and store inventory program), Sellercroud (our online inventory warehouses management system) Informed (automated pricing program), Google merchant center, Amazon, Wal Mart, and other online market places as needed.
  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
  • Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
  • Perform routine audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
  • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong foundation and existing experience in the following: PHP, HTML/CSS, relational database concepts and database normalization, advanced joins and subqueries, REST APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple websites with IIS
  • Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL databases, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL transactions and isolation levels.
  • Stored procedures, GraphQL APIs, C#, and Bootstrap Framework.

Education & Experience:

Applicants should meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science.
  • Coursework in computer programing, networking, and systems design and relevant work experience.
  • Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities described above.

Time Requirements:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Average work week 40 hours
