There is no water or special tools needed for this fast setting product that sets in 3 minutes. When set, it will give high strength support that provides convenient and quick support for a variety of many types of posts including wood, PVC, steel and concrete. With a 2 component, pre-proportioned polyurethane resin, when mixed in the bag will produce expanding foam for supporting and backfilling fences, mail boxes, gates, and signage posts.
