This young man went above and beyond the call of duty!Not only did he make sure I received my 2 purple hoses, he reassured me he would tell the other employee in case he was not at work when my order came through the system since I live in Texas and the online ordering wouldn't let me select purple hoses. About a week later the purple hoses arrived. Of course, I was ecstatic! My plan was to call Dean and thank him for his help.
