Does the Job Nicely.
It took a bit of time for the birds to warm up to the change in their feed following treatment with Cole's, but they eventually did, and now thoroughly enjoy. Does the job keeping the rodents and deer from confiscating the feed, even in an open tray feeder. I add a bit of Carolina Reaper to the sauce, which further ensures the mammals will keep out - who, BTW - have their own treats to enjoy. Esbenshades definitely has the best pricing to be found on this somewhat costly product, and their e-sales customer service is beyond fabulous. My go-to vendor for the product from this point forward.

Flaming Squirrel Seed Sauce
Works as advertised although I use about 1/4 cup for 5 pounds of seed. All but the most determined squirrels will stay away from it after trying it once.

Not Just For Squirrels!
Excellent! Not only works for Squirrel, it works for Fisher, Otter & Bear, too! Take care not to get on your hands/skin/face!!! I HIGHLY recommend this product! I put it on Suet Cakes & Seed. It does not harm Birds; they do not get the burn that other animals do. I was tired of losing my Suet Cages and Seed Feeders. Tired of branches being broken by larger thieves. One mouthful, and they are outta there!
