Shipping & Returns
We ship out orders Monday through Saturday. If you place your order before 2 PM EST, we will normally have your order shipped out that same day. In some special cases, your order will be shipped out the day after you place it.
We request information from you when placing an order. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address, etc.) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
- Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
- Items returned for any other reasons will be given a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
- Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be given a refund less a restocking fee based on the condition of the item and less the cost of shipping.
