The finish may naturally weather over time depending on exposure to the elements, allowing the eucalyptus to develop a beautiful patina when outdoors. To maintain its appearance, apply teak, linseed, or other hardwood oil 1-2 times per year and cover during harsh weather. While hardwood oils won't harm wicker, be sure to wipe off any excess during oiling. For cleaning, use water and mild detergents for soiled wicker or hardwood. For fabric stains, gently clean with a mixture of mild soap and water using a soft rag or brush.
