Shenot Crown of Thorns Gourd
Unique and fun to grow! Each gourd is shaped like a Crown of Thorns with ten fingers pointing toward the blossom end. Colors are combinations of yellow, green, and white. Fruits are four to six inches across. This seed packet weighs 3g.
Planting
Plant in full sun or partial shade in rich soil for best growth. Plant outside about two weeks after last frost. Feed monthly with side dressing of compost or vegetable food for best growth. For best shapes, set the gourd upright while growing.
Harvest
Harvest in late fall after the plant has died back before the first hard frost. Leave as much stem on the gourd as possible. Dry in a cool place with good air circulation.
