Cilantro is very popular and an easy-to-grow herb. The leaves are parsley-like, yet are spicier than regular parsley. The aromatic and flavorful seeds are used in potpourri and to flavor pastries, salad dressings, and meats. It's a staples in Mexican dishes and fresh salsa.
Harvest Tip: Cut Cilantro leaves when they are 4" to 6" high. Gather seeds as they ripen. May be used whole or crushed.
