Join us for a Gentle Yoga Class in the greenhouse at our Lititz Store. All levels of experience including beginners are welcome.
Class Description: Gentle Yoga combines deep breathing, rejuvenating body stretches and guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm and de-stressed. The class will be taught by a certified and experienced Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Place in Ephrata in the foliage area of our greenhouse.
Reservations: We are able to accommodate only 25 attendees for this class. To reserve your spot, please visit our store, call Esbenshade's Garden Center in Lititz at 717-626-7007, or purchase a ticket online.
Requirements: We ask that all attendees are 14 years of age or older and comfortable participating in a quiet and calming practice. Participants will need to be able to sit on the ground and rest on their hands and knees in simple poses.
Environment: The class will be held in the indoor foliage area of our greenhouse. Our greenhouse is cooler in the mornings (around 60-65 degrees), so we recommend dressing in a warm and flexible layer of clothing.
Equipment: Please bring a yoga or exercise mat if you own one. Please also bring a beach or bath towel to place under your mat for relaxation poses.
Please bring a copy of your receipt with you to check in when you come to the class, or have a copy of your receipt to display on your mobile device.
