Forest Fire Celosia
Intensely colored red spikes top off this hardy and showy annual. Celosia is a commanding accent plant used in beds and borders where long lasting flowers thrive in warm, sunny locations. Foliage is an attractive bronze-green color. Flowers are also nice dried.
Planting
Select a warm sunny location. May be started indoors about six to eight weeks before last frost date. Transplant in late spring when weather has warmed. Do not disturb roots when transplanting. Keep soil evenly moist until plants are established.
Note
Plants will give their best show with little or no fertilizer.
