Simply the best!
This is by far the best compost I have ever used. I closed out my garden beds at the end of last growing season and added this compost to the top layer on 2 of my beds. I did not add this to the third bed because it was being used for cold Hardy vegetables. When I opened up my beds to prepare them for the spring growing season, the soil in the beds with this compost was absolutely amazing. I have never had soil like this. It was just rich and lofty and surprisingly full of worms which I had not seen the previous growing season. It was just overall healthy soil. The third bed that was not amended with his compost I looked like it needed a lot of re-mineralization. I did add some of this compost to help out but it would've been nice to have added it last fall. I realize the price is approximately $10 over the retail price but they do not sell the stuff in my area. So I'm assuming that extra cost is the built-in shipping cost. But I must say that it is worth every penny.
