Garden Center Retail Associate (Seasonal – Multiple Departments)
Location: Mohnton
Seasonal Position: Mid-March through Mid/Late June
Full-Time & Part Time | Day & Evening Shifts | Saturdays Required (Closed Sundays)

Esbenshade’s is hiring Seasonal Garden Center Retail Associates to support multiple departments including:
- Nursery
- Perennials
- Greenhouse
- Garden Center
- Cashier / Customer Service

What You’ll Do
Depending on department placement, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with plant selection and product questions
- Watering, stocking, and maintaining plant displays
- Caring for nursery, perennial, and greenhouse inventory
- Merchandising and restocking garden center products
- Operating a register and providing friendly checkout service
- Loading soil, mulch, and plant materials for customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
- Availability on Saturdays (required)
Plant knowledge is a plus — but we’re happy to train motivated team members!
