Job Title: Seasonal General Laborer
Classification: Part-time, Seasonal
Location: Mohnton Retail Store
Duration: Weekly hours March - June

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure good communication between customers, employees and management.
- Ability to perform (or willingness to learn) necessary maintenance of store and grounds.
- Keep the store clean, neat and organized including daily duties like removing trash, sweeping walks, pulling weeds, etc.
- Assist with creating attractive merchandising displays throughout the store.
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and restocking tables.
- Be adaptable to changing priorities and varied responsibilities.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Observe all company policies.
Education & Experience:
- Basic plant knowledge is very helpful, but not required.
- Experience with a bobcat, forklift, and delivery truck, or the willingness to learn.
Time Requirements:
- Some Saturdays are required.
- Some Holidays (Easter weekend, Mother’s Day weekend, Black Friday) + the week of our Parking Lot Sale (June 18 - 21) are required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50-pounds).
- Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (6 - 8 hours).
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions: heat, rain, dust, coolness, snow, and high humidity.
