Job Title: Seasonal Delivery Driver (Non-CDL / CDL A, Opportunities Available)
Location: Lititz, PA
Pay:
- $20.00/hour (Non-CDL Straight Truck)
- $25.00/hour (CDL Class A)
Schedule: 40–65 hours/week, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Duration: April through June (Seasonal)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Seasonal Delivery Drivers to join our team during our busy spring season. Drivers will be responsible for delivering plants to customers using a 28-foot straight box truck equipped with a lift gate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road and working in a physically active environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 28-foot straight box truck with lift gate
- Deliver plant orders to customers within a 150-mile tri-state area of Pennsylvania
- Load and unload rolling plant racks (500+ lbs.) using lift gate equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of truck
Work Schedule
- 40–65 hours per week during peak season
- Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work as needed
- Closed on Sundays
- Typical start times between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Occasionally early start times as early as 2:00 AM depending on route
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required for straight truck role)
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to safely handle physical work, including moving rolling racks over 500 lbs with lift assistance
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- CDL Class A license is a plus and eligible for higher pay

Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00/hour for non-CDL drivers
- $25.00/hour for CDL Class A drivers
