Position Summary: The Ecommerce Advertising and Brand Support Specialist is responsible for assisting in the management of advertising initiatives, marketplace brand support, marketing collaborations and vendor coordination across multiple ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair and direct brand partnerships. This role bridges advertising execution, marketplace optimization and communication between vendors and internal teams, ensuring efficient marketing operations and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Management
- Assist in managing advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair and other ecommerce platforms.
- Set up and optimize advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns (including managing budgets and ACOS targets).
- Monitor campaign spending, adjust budgets to reach internal goals.
- Marketing Collaborations and Influencer Coordination
- Identify and reach out to potential social media influencers and brand collaboration opportunities.
- Manage influencer agreements, track product shipments and oversee project deliverables.
- Collaborate with third parties to expand brand presence through additional marketplace programs.
- Brand and Vendor Support
- Draft, edit and finalize advertising agreements and vendor contracts.
- Manage advertising credits and commitments for specific vendors according to contract terms.
- Organize and maintain shared files related to vendor advertising contracts and documents.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Pull sales and advertising reports from Sellercloud and marketplace dashboards.
- Edit reports to remove confidential data (such as sales dollars) before sharing with vendors.
- Track vendor-specific advertising performance and assist with quarterly review preparation.
- Marketplace Content Support
- Ensure product listings and advertising creative meet brand standards and marketplace guidelines.
- Confirm product data integrity (especially UPC management) when importing/exporting SKU and listing data.
- Assist with onboarding new advertising and marketing partners such as Quartile.
- Internal Process and Communication
- Schedule internal and external meetings (e.g., quarterly vendor reviews).
- Manage team communication for marketing tasks and project timelines.
- Organize letters and documentation for seller communications and brand protection initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in ecommerce advertising or marketing support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of 3rd party marketplace advertising platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (experience with CSV import/export, data cleanup).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with multichannel ecommerce platforms a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family business environment.
