Whether you know this beverage as white lightening, fire water, mountain dew, hooch, or so many other names including simply moonshine. For many this ornament will bring back old or even more recent memories of this very potent liquid. The ornament depicts a dark brown top stoneware jug from prohibition days with the well known triple x to designate it was the results of completing all three steps of the distilling process plus "Moonshine" in dark brown lettering. Common comments about this often up to 190% proof alcohol beverage (190 proof = 95% alcohol) was that it will "knock your socks off" or "put hair on your chest" and there was good reason for that. This is an item to our camping and hunting themes as it was something to keep you warm while in the outdoors too. All sides of this ornament are nicely detailed.
