You Get What You Pay For!
I have used cheap brushes in the past and been sorry for trying to save a few dollars. Purdy brushes are amazing. They are the best for cut in work. They do not allow paint to drip as do cheap brushes. They are also easy to clean and come out like new. Can't say enough positive things about Purdy brushes!

The best. Save money by spending a little more on these.
I get bored easily, so I've painted my home interior a few times.I used the low end brushes first, and those are a complete waste. I had to buy several sets to finish the painting, because they shed so much.I used middle range brushes next, and those also went in the garbage after the job. They were too hard to clean, though they did shed less.If you want the best brushes, buy these. They may be more expensive than other brushes on the market, but that is because they are the best. They will save you time and headaches. They don't shed bristles. They pick up the perfect amount of paint, and they spread it easily. They make smooth, consistent strokes when it counts, like painting edges or corners. I don't even need to use blue painters tape. They clean easily. So you don't have to throw them out when the job is done. For the best combination, I use Purdy brushes with Sherman Williams paint. Even the Sherman Williams samples are enough to cover most of my walls, and it lasts for years and years...I know this because I used 2 samples to paint my bathroom 8 years ago.I don't use rollers anymore. They do save time, but they waste so much paint. Plus, they are messy. I don't have a garage, so I have to keep things neat. With these brushes I don't even need to use a tarp to cover the floor. They don't drop paint. I bought these and will never again buy another brand. The brushes I have lasted for a few large projects, and still perform like new. These are the best. It is impossible to get better than this. It's a simple thing, but well worth your while.
