Return Claims:

Product and/or shipping box damaged.
If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us prior to requesting a return authorization. In some circumstances, we may not require you to return the product to receive a full refund or replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Sending a photo of a damaged or defective product will expedite this process.

Item defective or missing parts.
If the product you received failed under normal use, is missing accessories, or did not meet standard expectations of quality, we will offer a refund within 30 days of initial purchase. If you purchased more than 30 days ago, we may still be able to offer a full or partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we may resolve the issue. Pictures will help us expedite your claim.

Item does not match online description.
If you received an item that does not match the description or picture, please accept our apologies. We strive to exceed your expectations and will do everything we can to correct to problem. A full refund will be applied to your purchase.

Please note: In some situations, buyers may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be given a refund based on the condition of the item and less the cost of shipping.
