Dill Bouquet
Easy to grow and attractive annual whose pleasingly aromatiic seeds and young branches are used to flavor salads, pickles, vinegar, sauces, soups, stews, and many chicken, lamb and fish dishes. Grows 3-4' tall.
When and where to plant
Select sunny, protected location with well-drained soil and sow seed after last frost. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food. Firm soil over seed. Does not transplant well.
Care
Support plants with stake if necessary.
Harvesting
Separate seeds from heads by shaking loose in paper bag. Cut and use leaves at any time.
