Bibb Lettuce
Bibb is a butterhead type lettuce with dark green leaves and a creamy yellow heart that delivers crunchy texture and delicate flavor. Each plant produces a rosette of leaves perfectly sized for an individual salad.
Planting
Lettuce prefers cool weather. Select a location with full sun, or part shade in hot areas. Sow in early spring, or fall/winter in mild climates. Keep soil evenly moist for best growth. Thin regularly. Lettuce does not like to be crowded.
Harvest
Cut leaves as needed, or harvest entire plant by cutting at stem.
