Yoga in the Greenhouse
Date: Saturday, February 11th, 2023
Time: 8:00AM - 9:00AM (Please arrive at 7:45AM for a quick warm up and to sign in)
Location: Esbenshade's Lititz Store | 546A E. 28th Div. Hwy., Lititz, PA 17543
Cost: $15 per person.
Join us for a Gentle Yoga Class in the greenhouse at our Lititz store. All levels of experience including beginners are welcome.
CLASS DESCRIPTION | Gentle Yoga combines deep breathing; rejuvenating body stretches and guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm and de-stressed. The class will be taught by a certified and experienced Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Place in Ephrata.
RESERVATIONS | We are able to accommodate only 25 attendees for this class so please buy tickets in advance. To reserve your spot, please visit our store, call Esbenshade's Garden Center in Lititz at 717-626-7007, or purchase a ticket online.
REQUIREMENTS | We ask that all attendees are 14 years of age or older and comfortable participating in a quiet and calming practice. Participants will need to be able to sit on the ground and rest on their hands and knees in simple poses.
Environment | The class will be held in the indoor foliage area of our greenhouse. Our greenhouse is typically 55 - 65 degrees in the morning which is a comfortable temperature when moving around, but you may want to bring a sweatshirt or extra layer for relaxation poses.
EQUIPMENT | Please bring a yoga or exercise mat if you own one. Please also bring a beach or bath towel to place under your mat for relaxation poses since the class is conducted on the floor of our indoor greenhouse. Chairs will be provided if you need something to lean on or a little extra support.
Please bring a copy of your receipt with you to check in when you come to the class, or have a copy of your receipt to display on your mobile device.
