Join us for a Gentle Yoga Class at our Lititz store. All levels of experience including beginners are welcome!
CLASS DESCRIPTION | Gentle Yoga combines deep breathing; rejuvenating body stretches and guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm and de-stressed. The class will be taught by a certified and experienced Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Place in Ephrata.
RESERVATIONS | We are able to accommodate only 12 attendees for this class so please buy tickets in advance. To reserve your spot, please visit our store, call Esbenshade's Garden Center in Lititz at 717-626-7007, or purchase a ticket online.
REQUIREMENTS | We ask that all attendees are 14 years of age or older and comfortable participating in a quiet and calming practice. Participants will need to be able to sit on the ground and rest on their hands and knees in simple poses.
Environment | The class will be held outside the greenhouse, weather permitting. If there is a cancellation because of the weather, we will happily refund your money in full or simply reschedule your ticket for another yoga class on a date of your choice. In the case of a cancellation, you will receive an email notification 24 – 48 hours in advance to which you can reply with any refund or rescheduling requests.
EQUIPMENT | Please bring a yoga or exercise mat if you own one. Please also bring a beach or bath towel to place under your mat for relaxation poses. The class is conducted on the floor of our outdoor patio by the pond outside of our Perennial greenhouse.
Please bring a copy of your receipt with you to check in when you come to the class, or have a copy of your receipt to display on your mobile device.
