Earning Your Loyalty Rewards
Just have your card or key tag scanned at the register every time you make a purchase.
One “Loyalty Reward Point” will be awarded for every $1 you spend on merchandise purchased at any Esbenshade’s Garden Center location and online at Esbenshades.com (online sales are automatically added to the Loyalty Card account when email or phone number of the card is used). Additional points may be awarded on special promotions. Each store sales receipt will include the loyalty club member’s total points accumulated and the redemption dates for those points. One point equals 5 cents in Loyalty Rewards.
Example: If you spend $100 in one month, you earn 100 points and you will have a $5 reward to use the following month. Earned “Loyalty Points” will expire at the end of each redemption period.
Redeeming Loyalty Rewards
“Loyalty Club” members will be notified at the time of checkout if “Loyalty Rewards” are available. Available rewards can be applied to any sale during the redemption month. Reward certificates will no longer be emailed or mailed to “Loyalty Club” members. “Loyalty Rewards” are earned in the current month and available for redemption the following month. Rewards balances can be checked at any Esbenshades Garden Center with your Loyalty card or phone number.

Loyalty Rewards Club Rules
• This is not a credit card.
• Delivery, sales tax, labor and redeemed gift certificates do not apply to your purchase totals.
• "Loyalty Rewards" cannot be credited to your account after transaction is complete.
• “Loyalty Rewards” will be deducted from the participants account for any merchandise returned.
• "Loyalty Rewards" points may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred or redeemed for another form of credit.
• Esbenshade’s reserves the right to alter or modify the practices and procedures of the “Loyalty Reward Club” program at any time without prior notification to participants.
• Esbenshade's Loyalty Rewards will accumulate for online purcahses but can only be redeemed in stores at this time.
• Continued membership requires one purchase per year.
• We reserve the right to limit membership in instances of abuse of the program.
