Earning Your Loyalty Reward Certificates
Just have your card or key tag scanned at the register every time you make a purchase. The only way to earn “Loyalty Reward” is to have your card scanned before your purchase is rung up. “Loyalty Rewards” cannot be credited to your account after your transaction is complete.

Esbenshade’s is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Therefore, you have our word that the information you give us will remain strictly confidential. We promise that we will not sell or give any personal identifying information (name, address, phone number) to any person, company, organization or agency.
Loyalty Rewards Club Rules
• This is not a credit card.
• Continued membership requires one purchase per year.
• Esbenshade’s reserves the right to alter or modify the practices and procedures of the “Loyalty Reward Club” program at any time without prior notification to participants.
• One membership per family.
• A $5 “Loyalty Rewards” certificate* will be awarded for every $100 you spend on merchandise purchased at any Esbenshade’s Garden Center location and online.
• Delivery, sales tax, labor, landscape design and installation charges, redeemed gift certificates do not apply to your purchase totals.
• “Loyalty Rewards” will be deducted from the participants account for any merchandise returned.
• “Loyalty Rewards” certificates may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred or redeemed for an other form of credit.
• You must present your card or keytag to receive credit towards your “Loyalty Rewards” account.
*"Loyalty Reward” certificates are processed semi-annually. When a participant’s account reaches $100 in merchandise purchases or any multiple thereof, during the processing period, a “Loyalty Reward” certificate will be issued following that period.
The “Loyalty Reward” certificate will reflect a reward value of $5 for every $100 increment in purchases in the participant’s account at the time of processing.
