This light set may be converted from a steady burning to blinking by replacing any bulb in the set with the clear red- tipped spare blinking bulb that is packaged with the set. There are 3 spare bulbs packed with this set -2 steady burning bulbs and 1 blinking bulb ( the clear bulb with the red tip)
