Tall Utah Celery
A popular, slow growing, cool weather vegetable that produces delicious, crisp, long stalks. Its preparation is limited only by the cooks imagination-table, salads, soups, stews, etc.
When and where to plant
Start seeds indoors or in hot bed 10-12 weeks before last frost. Set plants out after last frost. For later crop (180 days) sow directly outdoors in sunny location after last frost. Cultivate soil deeply and enrich with vegetable food and organic matter. Firm soil over seed.
Care
Keep soil moist and every 4 weeks.
Harvesting
Harvest outer leaves before they become stringy.
