Cilantro Coriander
Popular, easy to grow annual, whose pleasantly aromatic and flavorful seed are used in potpourris and to flavor pastry, beans, stew, sausage, and fish. Distinctively flavored leaves are best with fowl, meats, and spicy dishes. Grows 1-2.5' tall.
When and where to plant
Select sunny location with well drained soil and sow seed when danger of frost is past. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food. Firm soil over seed. Does not transplant well.

Harvesting
Gather seeds as they ripen. They may be used whole or crushed. Pick leaves sparingly as plant grows. Leaves may be used chopped or whole, fresh or dried.
