Hummingbird Mixture
Experience the excitement and intrigue of the delicate hummingbird as it flits from flower to flower or hover to collect nectar from one of its favorite flowers growing some of these flowers which are prime food sources and favorites of the iridescent hummingbird.
When and where to plant
Select sunny location and plant in well drained soil during early spring or late fall (Recommended in mild climates). For best results, loosen soil with rake or hoe. Mix seed over 20-30 sq. ft., which is equivalent to 1oz./500sq. ft. Lightly rake seed into soil or cover with peat moss or similar light mulch. Keep soil moist until plants begin to grow.
Care
Requires little care. Water only as necessary.
Storage
Store seed in cool, dry place. Heat and moisture reduce germination
