Description
White Chinese Winter Radish
This easy to grow radish is popular throughout the world. Roots grow to about 18" in length, are beautifully white-skinned, smooth, juicy, and very mild in flavor. Plants are uniform, vigorous, and roots thicken quickly. In Asia they are popular fresh, cooked, or pickled.
When and where to plant
Select sunny location with good soil and drainage, and plant seed as soon as soil can be worked. For constant supply, plant at 2 week intervals until weather becomes hot, then again in late summer for fall crop. Soil should be cultivated, enriched with vegetable food, and firmed over the seed.

Pull when roots are 2-3" across.
