    Best Squirrel Repellant Ever!

Posted by Customer on Jun 10th 2016

The best thing ever for keeping the squirrels away from the bird feeder. The first time the squirrel ate from the feeder after applying the Flaming Squirrel Sauce, he leapt away and rubbed his face all over the ground and then tried getting it off his body. He tried again, but this time he smelled it first and immediately jumped down. He's come back a few times, but leaps immediately away. Yay for the birds!!!

Best product around for controlling squirrel and chipmunk invasion of our bird feeders. The birds love it but the pest don't!

    Great product

Have using this for about two weeks. I mix 4 oz. of sauce in with 10 lbs. of seed, mix it up in a bucket and then put it in my feeder. At first the squirrels nosed around but after sniffing the seed with sauce they when away. The squirrels won't event eat the seed that has fallen on the ground. The sauce hasn't deterred the birds, though. I regularly have 5-6 birds on the feeder at once.

    Not spicy enough...

Posted by jcmwilson on Dec 3rd 2015

Apparently the squirrels raiding my feeder don't mind spicy. While this seemed to slow them down briefly the effect seems to be limited at the concentrations recommended 1oz to 5lbs. Tried a slight higher concentration with no effect.

Makes the bird feeder squirrel proof

This stuff really works. The squirrels can't stand the heat. They don't even try the feeder any more. They've learned.

The product worked great!! The squirrels were gone within hours no more all day grazing, and the birds continue to enjoy the feeder. I will definitely buy this product again, and recommend it to other bird lovers.

Oh yes, this works on the squirrels! One bite and they were trying to rub it off on the trees, the ground, I actually felt sorry for the little guys. I have only had to use it twice on my hanging feeders, and this year's batch of squirrels have not even tried to return to the feeders. They were jumping from the trees to the free standing feeder. Be careful, even stirring up the dried dust when dispensing seed can cause irritation in eyes.

    It really does work.

Posted by RUKiddingMee on Aug 7th 2015

I had lots of squirrels raiding my bird feeder. Then one day I saw a squirrel rubbing its face on a planter near the feeder -- and I realized that the poor little guy was trying to get this stuff off his mouth! Never saw him near the feeder again. The squirrels have tons of acorns and pecans in my neighborhood, so I don't feel bad keeping my birdseed just for the birds.
