Excellent system
I love EarthBox Garden Kits! Each year we grow tomato's, cucumbers and herbs. Great gardening system. Once planted all you have to do is water and we always get a great harvest.

Amazing!
I've been trying and failing to grow tomatoes in East Texas for three years. Finally I bought an Earthbox. This thing is magical. It comes with very specific instructions on how to mix the fertilizers with the soil and where to plant things. Follow them. Because this is the land of the mosquitoes, I put a flat carbon filter refill (for a fish tank filter, it was like $2 at Walmart) over the self draining hole in the bottom of the planter, and I covered the watering spout. The tomato in the Earthbox and the tomato in the pot are the exact same variety, planted at the same time, and they were the same size when I planted them!! I know it's a little pricey, but I've probably spent at least $50 on plants that died over the past three years. This year I think I'll finally have tomatoes! I'll update this review when I do!Update: Grew tons of tomatoes. I'm going to buy another earthbox this year!
